Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department to engage customers, understand needs, perform product demonstrations, and provide informed recommendations. The role includes handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a well-merchandised, ready-to-serve department.

We provide training to become an expert on kitchen and laundry appliances and expect about 1 year of relevant experience.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Experience selling premium products or luxury brands is preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in the appliances department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional development
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines and use tools and techniques to manage time effectively
• Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers
• Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department
