Job summary

Aaron's is seeking an Appliance Technician to diagnose and repair consumer appliances in the Service Center. You will complete service orders, calculate estimates, and research part information to determine warranty status.

This exempt role offers $21.00–$27.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced team environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of consumer electronics and appliances.
• Troubleshooting to modular level.
• Ability to read schematics and research information.
• Basic PC skills to navigate service software.
• EPA Type I Certification preferred.
• No minimum experience required; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate documentation of service orders
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment
• Performs repairs in accordance with manufacturer specs and in a timely efficient manner
• Communicates with retail store associates on product usage and training
