Job summary

Aaron's Benbrook Service Center is seeking an Appliance Technician to diagnose and repair consumer appliances. You will complete service orders, estimate non-warranty work, and research parts status; accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of consumer electronics, the ability to read schematics, and PC-based service tools. This exempt role offers hourly pay and benefits; two years of technical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of most common consumer electronics and appliances.
• Ability to read schematics and research parts information.
• Two years of technical experience preferred; no minimum required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate documentation of service orders.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Performs repairs in accordance with manufacturer specs.
• Communicates with retail store associates on product usage and training.
