Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Job responsibilities:
- Travel daily to customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves, maintaining high quality and efficiency.
- Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Provide value-added solutions to improve customers’ homes.
- Maintain company truck and manage parts efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including testing and repair tools.
- Experience in repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards.
- Proficiency with smartphones, including for parts ordering.
- Successful passing of background and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license for applicable states.
- Ability to travel up to 100%.
- Flexible hours, including overtime.
- Ability to interpret technical texts and solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs constantly, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally; ability to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, and type; frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing, and crawling; occasional overhead reaching.
- Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles.
