Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to help make homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected.
• Maintain and organize the company truck, and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with smartphones, including parts ordering.
• Successful background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable states.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Flexible working hours, including overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs constantly; up to 50 lbs frequently; up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, and type regularly; bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, and crawl frequently; reach above shoulder occasionally.
• Ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle.
