Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Job responsibilities:
- Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency.
- Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Provide value-added solutions to help make homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected.
- Maintain and organize the company truck, and manage parts efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
- Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
- Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
- Proficiency with smartphones, including parts ordering.
- Successful background and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable states.
- Ability to travel up to 100%.
- Flexible working hours, including overtime.
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written instructions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs constantly; up to 50 lbs frequently; up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, and type regularly; bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, and crawl frequently; reach above shoulder occasionally.
- Ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle.
