Northeast Appliance Repair LLC in Louisiana is hiring an Appliance Repair Technician to install, maintain and repair customer appliances with quality and efficiency.

Training begins in West Monroe; trainees earn $17–$19 per hour. After training, pay rises to $25–$35 per hour. A company vehicle is provided after training, with flexible hours and no weekends, offering strong earning potential.

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key member of the team responsible for the quality and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances. We are hiring a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Appliance Repair Technician.

Specific Responsibilities:

Install home appliances

Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in the customer's home

Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed

Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions

Job Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent

Valid Driver's License with a clean record

Must be at least 21 years of age

Proficiency to navigate tablet‑based technology

The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances

Flexible and variable hours (no weekends)

Training Process

Training begins in West Monroe and is primarily hands on in the field working alongside experienced technicians in real service calls.

Technicians who pick it up quickly move out of training faster.

After training, technicians operate in a service territory near their home city.

If you enjoy diagnosing problems and fixing equipment, you will do well in this role.

Pay Structure

Paid Training: $17 to $19 per hour during initial training

Most technicians move out of training quickly based on performance and ability Faster learners advance sooner and increase earnings faster

After Training: Most technicians earn $25 to $35 per hour equivalent
