Position: Appliance Repair Technician

Job Description: Beach 2 Bay Appliance Services is seeking skilled and experienced appliance repair technicians to join our expanding company. Our technicians represent Beach 2 Bay Appliance and must be professional, outgoing, customer-focused, and committed to excellence. Our goal is to create customers for a lifetime, and our technicians are a vital part of the overall customer experience. We are hiring for all locations, including Niceville, Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Fort Walton Beach.

Compensation:

Starting Pay: $18-25 per hour, based on experience

Earn up to $75,000+ annually with our bonus and incentive program

Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (40 hours weekly, with additional hours available if desired)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair a variety of appliances
2. Read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
3. Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
4. Work independently and as part of a team
5. Lift and move common household appliances
6. Manage paperwork and collect payments responsibly
7. Research parts needed to repair appliance

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent
