Qualifications

• 2+ years appliance repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have basic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for appliance service.
• Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems.
• Estimate costs for repair, service and installation.
• Repair appliances (washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.).
• Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services.
• Adhere to manufacturer recommendations.

In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, install new appliances, and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.This position is open to appliance repair technicians, or those experienced in both appliance repair and HVAC (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
