Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis and mathematical operations.
• Skilled in office technology including computers, scanners, phones and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service through timely, professional communication and resolution of inquiries.
• Manages pricing, product availability, and order status via phone, email, fax, and in-person interactions.
• Processes orders, coordinates deliveries, and ensures accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support sales.
• Performs general warehouse duties and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Uses company systems for data entry, messaging, documentation and queue updates.
