Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Appliance Mechanic to maintain appliances in residential units and laundry facilities, including ice machines and refrigeration equipment. This role supports a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

Requires minimum 3 years of commercial/residential appliance maintenance experience and EPA refrigerant certification. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and willingness to work on-call overtime.

Location: Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as an Appliance Mechanic, where you will handle corrective and preventive maintenance for all appliances in residential apartments and laundry rooms, as well as ice machines and refrigeration equipment, both residential and commercial. Your work will ensure residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.

How you will make an impact

• Perform necessary maintenance of all appliances contained in residential apartments and laundry rooms
• Perform necessary maintenance of Health Care laundry equipment
• Perform necessary maintenance of all ice machines and refrigeration equipment, both residential and commercial
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failures

What you will need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/residential appliance maintenance
• Will be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call” overtime as necessary
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds
• Must possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
