Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Appliance Mechanic to maintain appliances in residential units and laundry facilities, including ice machines and refrigeration equipment. This role supports a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

Requires minimum 3 years of commercial/residential appliance maintenance experience and EPA refrigerant certification. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and willingness to work on-call overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/residential appliance maintenance.
• Must possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of appliances in residential apartments and laundry rooms.
• Service Health Care laundry equipment and ice machines/refrigeration equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failures.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
