Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a field technician to prepare, deliver, install and service residential laundry equipment in customer homes. You will operate a company truck to deliver, install, test, and position washers and dryers per company standards.

Role requires careful handling of equipment, safety compliance, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences. Flexible schedule Monday–Friday; 21+ age; valid driver’s license and clean record expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with washers/dryers; ideal if also experienced with electrical, plumbing, gas fitting and venting

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for delivery and loading on trucks.
• Clean and test equipment at the warehouse prior to loading.
• Deliver, install and service washer and dryer units in customer homes.
• Ensure proper installation including water, electric, gas, and venting connections.
• Test operation and troubleshoot equipment; document delivery logs and service records.
