Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a Service Technician to handle delivery, installation and service of residential laundry equipment in customer homes. You will use a company truck to ensure washers and dryers are installed, tested and placed according to standards.

The role demands strong mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety procedures and professional communication with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong Mechanical aptitude; technical experience with washers/dryers is a plus; electrical, plumbing, gas fitting and venting ideal

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for delivery and installation per company standards.
• Operate a company truck to deliver, install and repair washers/dryers.
• Ensure proper installation including water, electrical, gas, and venting components.
• Communicate professionally with customers and verify satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and service records per DOT standards.
