Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove appliances in both commercial and residential settings. You will learn custom installation techniques and use lifting equipment to move heavy objects, while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires lifting 70+ pounds regularly, a valid license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening. Working schedule is Mon–Fri 7am–4pm with overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance delivery & installation experience preferred.
• Valid state issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training provided.
• Handle and install gas and electric appliances like washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and function properly per manufacturer specs.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and customers on site.
