Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers daily to schedule and confirm appointments
• Diagnose and repair appliances and electronics accurately
• Order parts and document work in the system
• Install parts and test units post-repair
• Communicate with tech support and document calls
• Complete billing and customer notes
• Perform additional tasks as assigned within scope and timeframes
