As an Appliance & Electronics Technician, your responsibilities include diagnostics and repair of customer units, contacting customers daily, scheduling and completing calls, diagnosing appliances and electronics, ordering parts, installing and testing parts, documenting repairs, and finalizing billing. Additional tasks within and outside of this scope may be assigned and should be completed timely.
