Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking Installation Associates to install and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7 AM–5 PM) with starting pay around $20 per hour, plus potential higher rates based on experience. You will attend company-paid installation training seminars, perform basic gas/electric appliance installations, and interact with on-site customers to deliver white-glove service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation with training provided.
• Handle gas and electric appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators) accurately.
• Ensure appliances are undamaged, correctly installed, and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
