Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Installation Associate in Metairie, LA. You will deliver, install, and remove a variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a well-established, Fortune 500 company. Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance delivery and installation experience preferred.
• Valid state license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally.
• Ability to deliver white-glove service to customers.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training provided.
• Safely handle and install gas and electric appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free, according to manufacturer specs, and fully functional.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training and certifications to stay up-to-date with product changes.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities as needed.
