Job summary

Red’s Appliance is seeking a Delivery & Installation Technician to deliver, install, and remove major household appliances in customers’ homes across Long Island. You’ll start early, work with a partner or team, and handle a fast-paced delivery schedule with a focus on safety and customer care.

The role requires physical work, reliable attendance, and professional communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to lift and move heavy appliances safely.
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the day.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload appliances safely.
• Deliver appliances to homes, apartments, businesses, and job sites.
• Install appliances when required, including placement, leveling, hookups, and basic setup.
• Remove old appliances as part of delivery service.
• Communicate with customers about access, installation requirements, and completion of the job.
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and service teams for field issues.
• Keep truck clean, organized, and stocked with install supplies.
• Take signatures, photos, or delivery confirmations as needed.
