Job summary

R&B Wholesale Distributors, LLC is seeking a Driver/Appliance Installer to safely deliver, install, and perform basic servicing of household appliances at customer locations.

The role combines driving duties with hands-on technical work and customer interaction. Candidates should be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances (50–100+ lbs).
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle in compliance with laws.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload appliances.
• Install and connect appliances per manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Perform basic testing after installation.
• Provide customers with usage instructions and care tips.
• Remove or relocate old appliances as needed.
• Maintain delivery logs and installation records.
• Inspect equipment and report issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times.
