Job summary

R&B Wholesale Distributors, LLC is seeking a dependable Delivery Helper / Appliance Installation Assistant in Ontario, CA for full-time work. You will assist installers with delivery, setup, and installation of appliances, while ensuring safe handling and excellent customer service.

Prior delivery or installation experience is a plus, and bilingual skills are a plus. The role requires safety awareness and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious and hardworking with focus on customer service.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Experience or interest in appliance delivery/installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with delivery, setup, and installation of appliances.
• Load, unload, move, and position appliances safely.
• Connect water lines, electrical cords, and venting under direction.
• Remove old appliances and packaging materials as required.
• Protect customer property with coverings and safe handling practices.
• Maintain a clean delivery vehicle and perform basic inspections.
• Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation.
• Provide professional customer service at all times.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions immediately.
