Compensation

Base Pay

• Starting Pay: $175 per day

• 90 Days: $185 per day

• 180 Days: $195 per day

• 1 Year: $210 per day

Weekly Customer Satisfaction Bonus

Our customer survey scores increase what our company earns, so we reward the crews who help achieve those results.

Average Weekly Survey Score

• Below 90%: No bonus

• 90.0% - 94.99%

  • Helper: +$14.50 per day worked

• 95.0% or Higher

  • Helper: +$29 per day worked

Monthly Damage-Free Bonus

Earn an additional $150 per month for:

• No chargeable delivery damage claims

• No preventable installation damage

• No preventable vehicle accidents
