Job summary

Sterrpower Home Entertainment is seeking a Lead or Assistant Appliance Installer in Texas to professionally deliver and install a range of home appliances and electronics. You will liaise daily with our internal team and customers to coordinate installations and provide product setup guidance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of appliance delivery experience, excellent communication, and the physical ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2–3 years appliance delivery/installation experience for leads.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physically capable to lift objects over 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead or Assistant Appliance Installer delivering and installing home appliances and electronics.
• Coordinate with sales, management and customers regarding installation scheduling.
• Provide basic setup and product-use instructions to customers.

Pay: $19.00/hr - $29.00/hr (based on experience)

What You Do:

As a Lead or Assistant Appliance Installer, you will be responsible for professional delivery and installation of a variety of home appliances and electronics. You will communicate with internal sales team members, management, and our customers on a daily basis regarding the scheduled installations, as well as provide those customers with basic instruction on product setup and use.

Your Background:

High School diploma or GED required

Valid Texas DL required

Leads: At least 2-3 years of appliance delivery/installation including general knowledge of related plumbing and electrical components; working knowledge of basic home audio/video installation including TV, speakers, etc.

Assistants: At least 1 year of general product delivery experience

Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude

Experience using pallet jacks, wheeled dollies, and other logistics equipment

Ability to lift objects over 100 lbs (with assistance)

Ability to adapt to frequent changes

Strong work ethic and adherence to a regular schedule

Availability to work any days (8am-6pm), except Sunday
