Job summary

Hub Group is looking for an experienced full-time Delivery Helper to assist in the delivery and installation of built-in appliances for our nationally known client(s). Must have 6+ months of appliance installation experience.

Start time is 7am with route completion and OT after 40 hours; schedule will vary and may include warehouse work when routes are light. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs (100-600 lbs with dolly/straps) and traveling to customer sites to install refrigerators,

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months work experience as an appliance installer.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 100-600 lbs with dolly/straps.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.
• Understand basic electrical and plumbing principles for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and professional customer service while exceeding customer expectations in every home entered.
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust and install various appliances.
• Safely travel to installation calls on a scheduled route.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and professional appearance.
• Follow complex installation instructions per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of appliances.
