Job summary

Flynn Applebee’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Biddeford, Maine to lead daily restaurant operations and guide the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role requires hands-on leadership, inventory and scheduling oversight, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, handle guest feedback, and support overall operational excellence. Flexibility for various duties, including helping in the kitchen or bar, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus).
