Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in the United States is seeking an Appian Architect to lead solution design and development for mission-critical government programs. You will partner with Business Analysts and Developers to translate requirements into scalable Appian solutions and guide declarative development.

This role requires 3+ years of Appian experience, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to estimate the financial impact of design choices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Appian solutioning or architecture experience.
• Translate future-state business capabilities into solution architecture requirements.
• Proven experience proposing and estimating the financial impact of architecture alternatives.
• Appian Certification.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure timely delivery of Appian requirements.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of Appian including configuration, customization and implementation of applications.
• Supports acceptance criteria definition and implements software quality assurance and user acceptance testing functions.
• Collaborates with Technical team to determine how best to implement solution (declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange).
• Leads Requirements activities.
• Leads the functional design activities.
• Responsible for declarative development (configuration, workflow, reports, etc).
