Job summary

Groundswell is a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies, seeking a QA tester focused on Appian applications. You will partner with Appian teams to define testing strategies, create test scripts, and record results while collaborating with developers to resolve issues. A U.S. citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance is required.

Hybrid role with on-site work at Groundswell HQ in McLean, VA, and client SCIF locations in the DC metro area. Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
Detail oriented with experience working on several projects simultaneously.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen; ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
Hybrid position requiring on-site presence at Groundswell HQ in McLean and client SCIF location in DC Metro area.

Responsibilities

Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results.
Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
Analyzing bugs to identify trends.
Writing user stories.
