Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking an Appian Software Integrator / Low Code Developer to support mission-focused software integration and development efforts. The role collaborates with engineers, architects, and operations teams to build backend and frontend solutions leveraging cloud computing and AI.

The position supports Defense and Intelligence Community members by advancing big data analytics tools and micro-service development. Strong collaboration and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4-8 years of experience or a Master's with 2-6 years.
• Experience with Appian.
• Experience with containerization.
• Experience with Agile practices.
• Experience engineering and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Development and scripting experience in Python and Bash.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of system integration engineers to deploy release candidates to production.
• Participate in test, staging and production deployment processes.
• Integrate container-based Appian using Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Rancher, Helm and related tools.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines for secure CDS-delivered updates.
• Implement automated system integration testing to identify failing modules.
• Monitor automated tests to identify issues and ensure quality.
• Manage project priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to deliver reliable services to customers.
