Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 4-6 years of Appian development experience; strong experience in Python, Java, C, or C# encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and define business processes.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Appian platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
• Develop and modify database tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and external systems.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Provide thoughtful technical recommendations and guidance to customers and internal teams.
