Description & Requirements

Maximus is looking for an Appian Developer to support our client in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position.

Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code : TCS194, T2, Band 5 Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and validate new features and enhancements using latest Appian BPM technology
• Work closely with development team and analysts to produce efficient applications according to customer requirements
• Support the customer through user testing and business readiness activities
• Contribute to internal Appian development best practices and design guide
• Participate in Scrum framework; contribute to user story refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective events
• Perform peer reviews and contribute to software testing

Minimum Requirements :

• Due to program requirements, individuals must be US Citizens, authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship, and eligible to obtain and maintain a TS / SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of experience implementing with Appian based solutions
• 2 year of full enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery, including end-to-end planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Experience with Relational Databases and SQL
• Appian Certification

Desired Skills :

• Experience with Scripting languages such as Python
• Experience with Cloud-based Technologies such as AWS
• Experience with DevSecOps technologies such as Jira, SVN, Git, Jenkins, Selenium, Postman, SoapUI, Sonar, Nessus, and Fortify
