Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Consultant to deliver on high‑impact Appian solutions within federal agency projects. You will provide hands‑on development, architecture guidance, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale solutions and improve client processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 2+ years in Appian, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel up to 0–15% may be required, with preference for DC Metro area candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in CS/IS/Engineering or related area.
• 2+ years developing Appian solutions.
• 2+ years related IT experience.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead certifications preferred.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology.
• Strong technical design, implementation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex technical Appian solutions and tangential technologies.
• Hands-on design, development, and testing activities.
• Guide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and program initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and performant.
• Drive process improvement for clients.
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources.
