• Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
• Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.
• Should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level and low-level designs for Appian process models, records, interfaces, and business rules.
• Oversee integrations with microservices, external databases, and REST/SOAP APIs using secure cloud/AWS architectures.
• Mentor global engineering teams, drive code quality and governance, and champion CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Ensure design and implementation align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable Appian solutions.
