Appian Lead Product Engineer – Architect Level

Location: Tampa, FL

We are seeking an Appian Lead Product Engineer with deep expertise in Appian architecture, environment management, and solution design.

• 15+ years hands‑on Appian experience (Cloud & on‑prem)
• Strong knowledge of Appian components: Records, Data Fabric/CDTs, SAIL, Process Models, Integrations, Plug‑ins, RPA & AI features
• Experience in upgrades, performance tuning, environment configuration & migration (on‑prem to SaaS)
• Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, queues, JDBC)
• Expertise in SSO, SAML/OIDC, RBAC, identity & platform security
• Support for DevOps/CI‑CD pipelines, automation, testing & monitoring tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
