This attorney will be responsible for all appeals but may get assistance from other attorneys and/or interns. An experienced prosecutor with multiple years of prosecution experience will be best suited for this position.

This attorney will be responsible for all appeals but may get assistance from other attorneys and/or interns. An experienced prosecutor with multiple years of prosecution experience will be best suited for this position.

Our main office is in Fort Collins, with a second location in Loveland. We’re lucky to work near the Cache La Poudre and Big Thompson Rivers, Horsetooth Reservoir, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Staff are encouraged to take two long lunches a week to enjoy our community - whether it's running trails, biking in our Platinum-rated bike-friendly city, or taking a yoga class in Old Town. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8-5 p.m. After a probationary period, there is a 1 day/week telecommuting option.

The District Attorney’s Office follows a blind hiring process.
