Hiring Attorney (Research and Writing - Coverage)

Up to $150K DOE

Coverage and Research & Writing Attorney for an Insurance Defense Firm: a multi-state, boutique firm specializing in complex civil litigation and insurance defense, seeks a Chair Litigation Research & Writing Attorney with substantive coverage experience. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who excels at working productively from home. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of litigation and coverage experience, with strong skills in research, writing, and oral arguments. Appellate experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas, with a stable work history. Chair trial experience is preferred. All candidates must adhere to the firm’s standard operating procedures to produce high-quality work for clients demanding excellence.
