Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience (first-party property, insurance defense, or appellate preferred).
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft appellate briefs and motions.
• Analyze trial records and research complex legal issues.
• Present oral arguments as needed.
• Contribute to case management at the trial level, including depositions, discovery, motions, mediations, and hearings.
