Kubicki Draper in Tampa seeks an Appellate Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience and strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

We will also consider recent law school graduates with Moot Court and/or Law Review experience who are interested in developing a career in appellate law. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within an established firm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex legal research and analysis involving civil law matters.
• Draft and edit appellate briefs.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct insurance coverage analysis.
• Assist with appellate strategy and case development.
• Collaborate with attorneys throughout the firm on complex legal and appellate issues

Kubicki Draper is seeking anAppellate Associate Attorneyto join our Tampa office. We are looking for a motivated attorney with2+ years of experiencewho possesses exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

We will also considerrecent law school graduates with strong academic credentials and Moot Court and/or Law Review experiencewho are interested in developing a career in appellate law.

• Prior appellate and/or insurance coverage experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
