Job Summary

We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2019 through 2025 to join the Appellate and Constitutional Law team. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex appellate litigation, including drafting appellate briefs and dispositive motions, conducting sophisticated legal research, and developing appellate strategy. Prior appellate clerkship experience is strongly preferred, and candidates should possess exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $225,000 – $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
