Complex NTWRK is seeking a Technical Designer in Los Angeles to support artist and brand merchandise development. This role requires translating creative concepts into production specifications, ensuring product execution from concept to production.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of technical design experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. The position includes health benefits and a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Design, Product Development, or Apparel Development.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and materials.
• Ability to review production samples accurately.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative concepts into production-ready tech packs.
• Evaluate production samples against approved artwork.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors on technical questions.
