Responsibilities

• Manages the garment fit process including conducting live model sessions.
• Works closely with Design, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams.
• Creates and manages detailed tech packs in Flex PLM.
• Serves as primary contact for factories on fit compliance.
• Enhances garment fit and quality by analyzing customer feedback.
• Tracks vendor-sent samples and organizes sample storage.
