Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a Teammate – Apparel to help athletes find the right apparel and deliver strong service in-store. You will work to build confidence and provide expert product knowledge, contributing to a team-first environment.

In this role, you will engage customers on the floor, uphold presentation standards, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience for athletes of all abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and athletes to understand their needs and provide helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs, including external guidelines and ATF rules.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
