Responsibilities

• Lead the Apparel department to deliver engaging shopping experiences.

• Collaborate with store leadership on 30-60-90 day plans for department priorities.
• Create effective schedules and manage workload to meet athlete traffic and payroll goals.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and cash-handling responsibilities.
