Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and upholding merchandising standards.
• Assist in 30-60-90 day plans and execute plans within budgets.
• Develop schedules and lead a store team to meet goals and payroll targets.
• Hire, coach, and manage direct reports, ensuring coaching and performance reviews.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while upholding policies.
