Job summary

HydroJug, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner for ACTA to own the end-to-end supply plan for a 200–250 SKU apparel portfolio.

You will translate demand signals into production POs, manage factory production schedules, and track milestones with overseas manufacturers in Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Honduras. You will work in a collaborative triangle with a Sourcing Analyst and Demand Planner to balance supply, demand, and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supply planning experience in apparel.
• Experience with overseas manufacturing (Vietnam, Bangladesh).
• Familiarity with sample milestones (FIT, PPS, TOP/SMS).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the apparel production calendar across 200–250 SKUs and translate demand into POs.
• Manage factory production schedules with overseas partners in multiple time zones.
• Track sample milestones (FIT, PPS, TOP/SMS) to keep production on schedule.
• Collaborate daily with Sourcing Analyst and Demand Planner to balance supply and demand.
• Coordinate inventory receipts with Warehouse and ACTA assortment.
