• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide accurate information about products and the assortment.
• Anticipates athlete needs and drives sales through product recommendations and knowledge of athlete requirements.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject-matter expert in store areas.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory management.
