Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes, understanding needs, and providing knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices and operational processes.
• Maintains store standards in merchandising, floor sets, signage, pricing, inventory, and replenishment.
• Promotes customer programs including loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
