Stefanini Group is seeking a Sourcing Specialist – Apparel in New York, NY with a hybrid schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). You will support product development, manage proto samples, and ensure data integrity across PLM/PIM/MDM while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in product development/sourcing; strong analytical and communication skills, plus the ability to handle fast-paced priorities and cross-cultural collaboration.

Competenze

• At least 1+ year of experience in Product Development, Sourcing & Manufacturing.
• Experience in apparel is a plus (wovens and/or cut and sew knits).
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Must be analytical; understand the supply goals & metrics.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills; ability to negotiate.
• Detail oriented, resourceful with strong follow-up skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Willing to collaborate across cultures, geographies and time zones.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel is essential; PDM/PLM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Track on-time and complete arrival of proto samples.
• Represent Product Development in cross-functional milestones when the Manager is unavailable.
• Own data integrity across PLM, PIM and MDM; ensure accurate attributes and BOM.
• Manage Proto & SRS samples and submit for cross-functional meetings.
• Attend fittings with Design up to SMS fit; record notes and revise BOMs.
• Support the manager with assigned projects for reviews/meetings.
• Assist in achieving calendar milestones.
• Maintain updated information with overseas offices and update systems.
