Stefanini Group is hiring a Sourcing Specialist – Apparel for New York, NY on a hybrid arrangement. The role focuses on product development, sourcing, and pre-production costing to meet organizational goals. 1+ years in related fields is expected; a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities include tracking proto samples, attending fittings, and ensuring data integrity across PLM/PIM/MDM. Salary ranges from $30 to $35 per hour for a 3-month contract with potential for extension.

Competenze

• At least 1+ years of experience in Product Development, Sourcing & Manufacturing.
• Experience in apparel is a plus (wovens and/or cut and sew knits).
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Must be analytical; understand the supply goals & metrics.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills; negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented, resourceful with strong follow-up abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures, geographies & time zones.

• Support category management aligned with supply chain and business strategies.
• Oversee sourcing, product development, pre-production costing, and production responsibilities.
• Track on-time arrival of proto samples and attend fittings with Design.
• Maintain data integrity across PLM, PIM and MDM with accurate BOMs and attributes.
• Represent Product Development in cross-functional calendar milestones.
