Responsibilities

• Communicate with buyers regarding product inquiries, PO status, samples, and updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between Sales, Design, Production, and Leadership.
• Track outstanding requests, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely follow-through.
• Prepare for meetings with samples, CADs, and supporting materials, and coordinate agendas.
• Maintain accurate records of product assortments, programs, and requirements.
• Review POs for accuracy and align information across internal systems and buyer portals.
• Coordinate and track product samples for buyers, leagues, and partners.
