Responsibilities

• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions about products and store services.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products within the department and respond to questions with informed suggestions.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise, ensuring displays stay current and attractive.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with ads, promotions and seasonal items to help drive sales.
• Observe and adhere to scheduled shift operating hours and store policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly department, upholding health, safety and compliance standards.
• Support creative merchandising and ensuring displays are fully stocked and well-presented.
